At Kukhulu 4x4 Adventures, we source and build high-quality off-road gear and accessories. Because our inventory and special orders require immediate commitments and payments to our equipment manufacturers and suppliers, Kukhulu 4x4 Adventures operates under a strict Credit-Only Policy.
What credit-only means
Approved returns are settled as store credit to be used against any future purchase from Kukhulu 4x4 Adventures. Cash refunds and card reversals are not issued, except where required by South African consumer law (for example, goods that are defective, unsafe, or not as described).
1. Return window
Unused items in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Contact us before shipping anything back so we can issue a return reference.
2. Items we cannot accept
- Products that have been fitted, installed, drilled, cut, painted or modified.
- Special orders, custom builds and made-to-order items.
- Items returned without original packaging, fittings or documentation.
- Electrical components that have been wired in or show signs of incorrect installation.
3. Fees and shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or was supplied incorrectly. Special orders and supplier-stocked items may attract a handling fee of up to 15%.
4. Defective goods & warranties
Many products carry a manufacturer warranty. Kukhulu 4x4 Adventures will assist with lodging and tracking your claim, but warranty decisions rest with the manufacturer. Defective goods are repaired, replaced or credited once assessed.
5. How to start a return
Email us with your order number, the item, and photos of the product and packaging. Once approved, your store credit is issued after the goods are received and inspected.
